Interdependence is a higher value than Independence

What a great sentence it is! You will find this sentence, "Interdependence is a higher value than Independence", in the Stephen R Covey's book, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People".

This book is one of those best books you could buy and add to your library. And the Preface itself consists of this great line in the beginning.

To summarize the meaning of this line we can say that the whole world would be happy with peace and good human relations spread all over, if every leader from every country understands these principles.

Of course these are not the principles founded by Mr. Stephen R Covey but are those which were discovered by him during his research on the past 200 years of the Success literature as a part of his doctoral program.

"The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" is undoubtedly the best guide for any individual or a manager to perform effectively restoring that Character ethic which was eventually lost in the recent years of materialistic management.

Stephen Covey is a genius. He discovered that if both the Ethical principles and the management principles are mixed together, there will be good leaders around this world and that leads to a happy and better world. Hats off to Stephen. Thanks for your informative post.

Who is the Supreme God?

Hindus call the Supreme God as " Vishnu" or " Krishna ", the Christians may call the same Supreme God as " The Almighty ", the Jews may call " Jehova " and the Muslims refer to the same supreme God as “ Allah ” and finally it is the one and only one Supreme God, who is the ultimate. Mascharya is a feeling of jealousy when someone else gets ahead of us or possesses things of value that we don't have. It is a state of intolerance born by seeing good qualities in others. It is a strong emotion that can break any strong relationship. It is a feeling of unhappiness and anger because someone has something which you cannot possess or someone that you want.  It is all about not accepting good qualities in others and is one of the six bad vices.  Mascharya (jealousy) is a form of hatred built upon insecurity and is classified as a mental disease. We should do our duty to uplift Mankind, not minding whether they are doing their duty towards us properly.  We believe that it is the highest moral which we should achieve,  though   with some troubles and sacrifices on our part. This is a part of saintliness.  When we work, it is but natural that some hurdles are also there.  Gradually they diminish. There are good people  everywhere hankering for Him. If we do service, success will surely  dawn. Blessed are those who have a glimpse of Divinity, even though it may be momentary.  In the Sahaj Marg System, very higher things sometimes come even in the lower stages.  That means Nature is fomenting one with fire of devotion. Cold and heat are almost the same but with a little difference.  The lower part of it is heat, because weightless weight is there above it. Imagine a scenario where you are unable to even walk for 3 mins, unable to lift the groceries or even activities like combing hair which once you could do effortlessly in seconds. These are the common complaints we as physiotherapists receive in our clinics daily. So what is the solution? Why are people facing these issues at a very young age compared to previous generations? Simple the answer is lack of activity and the constant help we receive with the help of technology. Aging is inevitable but combined with obesity and lack of activity we are only adding fuel to the growing problem. What is the solution?   Exercise.! I know all hate that word but I am not asking to hit the gym take membership to expensive places when you are not ready to commit.
