PORTS ON MOTHERBOARD

PORTS –

IEEE – 1394 : This port is called Fire Wire first developed by APPLE, it is a high speed bus system and is used to connect multimedia and storage peripherals .

USB: Universal Serial Bus is the interface and standard for the present devices like Digital cameras, Flash Drives and many other.

COM(serial): The COM or communication port is used mainly connecting mice & external Modems, Presently USB has taken as standard.

COM( parallel): These ports are mainly used for printers and scanners.

PS2: There are two ports which are used by mouse and keyboard.

VGA: This port is mainly used for CRT and TFT monitors.

DVI: This port is used for connecting LCD/TFT monitors for receiving pure and lossless signals.

Ethernet: This port is used for connecting the PC to a network (Internet, wan, Lan).

DIMM slots: These slots are used to install memory modules .The number of DIMM slots increase the amount of RAM.

SATA: This is the newer generation cable consisting of 4 wires creates a point to point connection between devices. The transfer rate of about 150 Mbps to 300 Mbps and extend up to 1 meter. This replaces the IDE cables which are 40 cm long with 40 or 80 thin wires together with less band width.

Who is the Supreme God?

Hindus call the Supreme God as " Vishnu" or " Krishna ", the Christians may call the same Supreme God as " The Almighty ", the Jews may call " Jehova " and the Muslims refer to the same supreme God as “ Allah ” and finally it is the one and only one Supreme God, who is the ultimate. MASCHARYA(JEALOUSY)

Mascharya is a feeling of jealousy when someone else gets ahead of us or possesses things of value that we don't have. It is a state of intolerance born by seeing good qualities in others. It is a strong emotion that can break any strong relationship. It is a feeling of unhappiness and anger because someone has something which you cannot possess or someone that you want.  It is all about not accepting good qualities in others and is one of the six bad vices.  Mascharya (jealousy) is a form of hatred built upon insecurity and is classified as a mental disease. We should do our duty to uplift Mankind, not minding whether they are doing their duty towards us properly.  We believe that it is the highest moral which we should achieve,  though   with some troubles and sacrifices on our part. This is a part of saintliness.  When we work, it is but natural that some hurdles are also there.  Gradually they diminish. There are good people  everywhere hankering for Him. If we do service, success will surely  dawn. Blessed are those who have a glimpse of Divinity, even though it may be momentary.  In the Sahaj Marg System, very higher things sometimes come even in the lower stages.  That means Nature is fomenting one with fire of devotion. Cold and heat are almost the same but with a little difference.  The lower part of it is heat, because weightless weight is there above it. If both naturalise, that is the real realisation.  So, only remove the weight and you will find no density....

Imagine a scenario where you are unable to even walk for 3 mins, unable to lift the groceries or even activities like combing hair which once you could do effortlessly in seconds. These are the common complaints we as physiotherapists receive in our clinics daily. So what is the solution? Why are people facing these issues at a very young age compared to previous generations? Simple the answer is lack of activity and the constant help we receive with the help of technology. Aging is inevitable but combined with obesity and lack of activity we are only adding fuel to the growing problem. What is the solution?   Exercise.! I know all hate that word but I am not asking to hit the gym take membership to expensive places when you are not ready to commit.
