What is the effect of our activities?

We do not properly understand what effect our activities in the world produce upon the atmosphere of the Godly region.

When joined with the inner feelings of the heart our activities create impressions in the cosmos, and they affect the human mind. They grow more and more powerful by the action of the cosmic energy and the hearts of the people, when hit by them, take in their effect and begin to produce thoughts and more thoughts.

In this way, we have been spoiling the cosmos ever since our birth. That is the reason why we are never without a thought even for a moment. But those who rise above the cosmos can no doubt become almost thoughtless. When a man goes on with his usual work, of whatever nature it might be, in the sense of duty having no weight or impression of it upon his heart, he spoils neither himself nor the cosmos.

That is why great people have insisted so much upon the recognition of the true sense of duty. We have thus been spoiling the cosmos ever since, while Nature, the supreme Force, is ever engaged in clearing off all these things.

At times when it gathers heavily, a special personality is brought down to do the work. An atmosphere of bhoga is created all through, which causes suffering and affliction over humanity. Special means are also adopted for the purpose in the form of wars, diseases, and heavenly calamities.

MOHA(DELUSION)

Moha(Delusion) is a  state of mind which does not permit scope for discrimination. It is ignorant of the true facts and is the origin of egoism. It is one of the six bad vices and prevents one from knowing the truth and makes one addict to the gratification of sensual pleasures and makes us run after the material enjoyment. This can cause any misery in one's life and binds the soul to the process of birth and death.  The main obstacle for one's spiritual heritage causing him to lose knowledge of his true being is Moha(Delusion). So many efforts for bringing peace have been failed as they are merely external, touching only the outer surface. Really this problem is of the individual first and society afterwards. We celebrate the New Year on 1st January bidding farewell to the year ending on 31 December, almost as a ritual every year, but very few of us actually make some time to think and look at the year just passed by. While we needn't worry about our past as we can't make changes to it at any cost, we do need to have some sort of introspection and must not lose the sight of our achievements and drawbacks related to those goals that were met and of those that eluded us. We are all human and are not the perfect beings, but striving for continuous improvement isn't a bad thing either. What we need to really check about ourselves is whether we have made our presence felt to this world, or not!

Who is the Supreme God?

Moderation of the senses and balance in Life.

Moderation means the quality of doing something within reasonable limits and not being extreme. It further means balance in all senses and faculties, nothing more or less than what is naturally required for any specific purpose.  Generally, we find today moderation disturbed in all most all cases. The result that follows is nothing but disturbance and mental conflict and it is the root cause of all the troubles and miseries we are now facing.  There is a  saying. " Ati sarvatra varjayet ",  means excessive indulgence in anything that should be given up.  Nowadays, there is a foolish and painful drive to cross the limits of moderation.  The irony is despite knowing this many of us to attach undue importance to whatever thing comes to our view and we strengthen it by the force of our thought with the result that it grows stronger over all others.
