HP Cool Sense needs to enable Dotnet Framework support in windows 8.1 (3.5 and 2.0)

For HP 15-R007TX laptop, a software called cool sense software Technology is available to maintain the optimum level of comfort by automatically adjusting the performance and internal fan settings.

To install this software it needs the support of Dotnet frame work 3.5. 

The following fig shows the .Net framework 3.5 which is disabled by default in Windows 8 / 8.1.
When try to enable this by using the Turn on Windows features on and off it shows error.

To correct this one the following command can be used by placing the Windows 8/8.1 DVD in CD Drive. 

The required files for enabling this feature are present under Sources\sxs folder of the DVD. It took nearly 10 minutes or more to install the package which you can monitor the percentage of completion in command prompt itself. Kindly follow the spacing as mentioned in the following figure.

Note : Run this command in Command Prompt by selecting it as Administrator (right click on command prompt and select run as “Administrator”).
