Today the file formats are taking a prominent role in saving our text data. Generally we use either

‘ Text ‘ or ‘Doc’ format in saving the text. It has chance to change the content of the text by other, so if we store our text in either ‘PDF’ or in ‘XPS’ format there is no possibility in editing the text.

Then the question arises “How can we view the XPS format in Windows XP or Server ?”

Here I have answer to say

If you are using MSOffice 2007, then there is a possibility of saving the text in those two formats. MSOffice 2007 gives an option to save the text in either PDF or in XPS format by just installing the plugin “save as PDF or XPS” which will be downloaded through the link given below.

Save PDF /XPS FORMAT

The major advantage of saving the text in above mentioned format is to save the disk space , amount of size, easy to transfer and security.

The PDF format is well known to us but, the XPS format is known only for Windows vista Users where they can get an option as default. Here they can view the XPS documents. But if you want to view the XPS Doc in Windows you have to DOWNLOAD the XPS Viewer EP. Just click on the below link to get it.

Who is the Supreme God?

Mascharya is a feeling of jealousy when someone else gets ahead of us or possesses things of value that we don't have. It is a state of intolerance born by seeing good qualities in others. It is a strong emotion that can break any strong relationship. We should do our duty to uplift Mankind, not minding whether they are doing their duty towards us properly.  We believe that it is the highest moral which we should achieve,  though   with some troubles and sacrifices on our part. This is a part of saintliness.  When we work, it is but natural that some hurdles are also there.  Gradually they diminish. There are good people  everywhere hankering for Him. If we do service, success will surely  dawn. Cold and heat are almost the same but with a little difference.  The lower part of it is heat, because weightless weight is there above it. Imagine a scenario where you are unable to even walk for 3 mins, unable to lift the groceries or even activities like combing hair which once you could do effortlessly in seconds. These are the common complaints we as physiotherapists receive in our clinics daily. So what is the solution? Why are people facing these issues at a very young age compared to previous generations? Simple the answer is lack of activity and the constant help we receive with the help of technology. Aging is inevitable but combined with obesity and lack of activity we are only adding fuel to the growing problem. What is the solution?   Exercise.!
