HP Cool Sense needs to enable Dotnet Framework support in windows 8.1 (3.5 and 2.0)
For HP 15-R007TX laptop, a software called cool sense software Technology is available to maintain the optimum level of comfort by automatically adjusting the performance and internal fan settings. To install this software it needs the support of Dotnet frame work 3.5. The following fig shows the .Net framework 3.5 which is disabled by default in Windows 8 / 8.1.
