The food we take is to be digested and the undigested food if any shall come out as excreta from our body after 24 hours, otherwise we fell sick. The excess water we drink shall come out within 4 hours, otherwise, we fell sick. The air we breathe in shall come out within one minute, otherwise, we fell sick. As such, Anger, Hatred, Jealous, etc., are within us years together. What will happen if they dwell in our bodies like that?  We become sick permanently. That is why our great saints say that we the fools feel that we are living daily....in fact, we are dying to some extent day by day. If our age increases what we presume....  is our life span increases or decreases? It is a non-tangible part of human body that thinks, feels, and choose.  The mind is the faculty of man's reasoning and thoughts. It has the power of imagination, recognition, estimate, and process the feelings and emotions.  Our mind determines the actions of the body. Also the mind being constantly active creates within us liking for the one and dislike for the other, introducing the two extremities of a thing. Thus miseries come into existence.  This is all the creation of the human mind which results from our ignorance of the right relationship of things. Our passions, emotions and impulses too contribute a good deal in aggregating the troubles and at times cause fierce tempest strong enough to threaten a complete wreck. We generally attribute its causes to circumstances. But

Achieving Peace through the help of Guru and Divine Grace

Almost all the people in the world are in a state of unrest and disorder and craving for peace. So many efforts for bringing peace have been failed as they are merely external, touching only the outer surface. Really this problem is of the individual first and society afterwards. As such it needs to be tackled in that order first. As it is, individual minds which themselves lack peace and tranquility are trying to establish peace in the world. Is it not ridiculous? The mind which in its primordial state was absolutely pure and regulated has now been spoiled and polluted by our wrong ways and doings. It is now to be set right so as to resume its original state.
